Jo Ann Carter Harrelson Center

The Jo Ann Carter Harrelson Center continues its metamorphosis from a place of incarceration to a place of transformation.  Previously housing the New Hanover County Detention Center, the Harrelson Center is now the home of several non-profit agencies which work to touch lives and fill them with purpose, hope and healing.
