There is so much to celebrate during the Easter Season.
We invite you to join us as we celebrate that He is Risen!
Palm Sunday | April 2 at 11AM
Join us on Sunday, April 2nd, as we worship together in one worship service at 11:00AM in the sanctuary. We will celebrate Jesus’ triumphal entry into Jerusalem for Palm Sunday, the children will wave palms, and a full orchestra will accompany us as we worship and sing!
Then, as we look towards Holy Week, the choir will present movements from Dan Forrest’s Requiem for the Living. This very special, fully orchestrated worship service will be an experience that everyone will want to attend! Sunday School will meet at 10:00 AM and there will be time for fellowship, coffee, and donuts at 9:30 AM in the courtyard.
Easter at First Baptist Church

Maundy Thursday | April 6 at 6:30PM
The Maundy Thursday service on April 6th is a unique service in the sanctuary made up of several stations, from foot washing, to Communion, to candle lighting. Come experience the Last Supper as well as Jesus’ last night with the disciples, and reflect on these important moments as you worship.
Good Friday | April 7 at 6:30PM
We invite you to join us for “The Seven Last Words,” which is our Good Friday Service. During this solemn and meaningful service, we will hear Jesus’ last words on the cross as recorded in scripture. Seven of our ministers will share reflections on these last words of Jesus, and we will reflect together on Jesus’ ministry and sacrifice as we worship through song and prayer.
