Forgiveness: A Lenten Study | Led by Jayne Davis

6 weeks, February 22 – March 29

Lent is a season of reflection and renewal. Forgiveness is challenging on many levels; both to offer it and to ask for and receive it. And yet it is at the heart of what it means to be a follower of Jesus. Together, over the season of Lent, we will look to scripture and to our own lives to deepen both our understanding and our practice of forgiveness.

Making Marriage Work | Led by Barrett Owen

12 weeks, January 11 – March 29

This class welcomes all couples from pre-engaged to seniors and is based on the internationally acclaimed research of Dr. John Gottman as presented in his New York Times bestselling book—The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work. This educational workshop is designed to help couples improve their friendship and conflict management skills. Each class includes lectures and private couple exercises; couples will not share their personal stories or problems in front of others. Couples are expected to attend together. Cost: $25 per couple.

6 weeks, January 11 – February 15

Come join us as we discover ways to fill in the blanks with meaningful prayer. During our sessions we will share conversations with each other and with God.

The Sermon on the Mount | Led by Jim Everette

12 weeks, January 11 – March 29

What would the world be like if we were to seek first the kingdom of God? If we were to love our enemies? If we were salt and light in the world? Join Jim Everette for a look into chapters 5-7 of Matthew’s Gospel at the Sermon on the Mount and wrestle together with the vision of life in the kingdom of God that Jesus calls us to.

Yoga | Led by Melanie Romano of Be Transformed Yoga Studio

12 weeks, January 11 – March 29

As a part of our focus on engaging God through our Mind, Body and Spirit, we will be offering a yoga class as a part of CrossTraining on Wednesday nights. A suggested donation is $5 per class. Please sign up once registration begins so we know how many to prepare for.
