What On Earth Are We Here For?

Everyone wants to know if life really matters. We wonder, “Why am I alive?” and “What on earth are we here for?” For thousands of years, people have asked these questions. Without purpose, life is motion without meaning, activity without direction, and events without reason; yet, it’s never too late to discover our God-ordained purpose. We need to understand God makes everything with a purpose. Every plant has a purpose, every animal has a purpose, and if you are alive, that means God has a purpose for your life!

For everything, absolutely everything, above and below, visible and invisible … everything got started in Him and finds its purpose in Him. Colossians 1.16 (MSG)
