We share a building with other businesses. What is the best way to organize joint waste disposal?
There was constant confusion in our coworking space — who takes out the trash when, why are the bins overflowing. One of the tenants suggested contacting commercial waste , and it turned out to be a good solution. They helped us agree on a joint schedule for everyone, selected containers for different types of waste, and explained the rules for using them. After a few weeks, it became much cleaner, and the conflicts between tenants simply disappeared. Now everyone knows when and what is being removed and does not shift responsibility onto others.
