Access panel in powder room for cleanout?

Small half-bath downstairs—need access to the main sewer cleanout under the vanity. Want a panel that looks nice enough for guests and opens without tools. Any that are decorative or easy to paint?

Guest bathrooms need panels that don't scream "plumbing access." I choose ones with a smooth, paintable surface and no visible hardware on the front. The model I installed has a gentle push-to-open mechanism that works with wet hands and a tight seal to keep odors out. After two coats of semi-gloss white it matches the vanity perfectly and wipes clean easily. It's held up to daily use for over a year without any yellowing or cracking. I recently fitted a nice-looking access panel (12×18) under the sink and guests never notice it. Caulk the edges well and you're set for cleanouts whenever needed.
