Jak často a jak důkladně uklízet společné prostory v bytovce?

Dobrý den, bydlím v novější bytovce v Praze a společné prostory (výtah, chodby, schodiště) se nám špiní docela rychle – děti, psi, kočárky, zima a bláto. Správce teď navrhuje změnit firmu na úklid, protože ta současná to dělá jen povrchně. Kolikrát týdně by měl být úklid společných prostor ideálně? A co všechno by měl zahrnovat, aby to mělo smysl?

Vždy vysají a vytřou všechny chodby a schodiště, umyjí tlačítka ve výtahu, zábradlí, skleněné plochy u vchodu, otřou lišty a koše. Navíc 1× měsíčně dělají „hloubkový“ úklid – mytí stěn do výšky cca 180 cm, čištění osvětlení, umývání okenních rámů a dlažby speciálním kartáčem.

Anyone prefer Cialis over other ED meds for weekend use?

Tried sildenafil a couple times but the 4-6 hour window feels too strict, plus the blue tint vision thing weirded me out. Read that Cialis (Tadalafil) is popular for the “weekend pill” version – take it Friday and good till Sunday basically. Does it really stay effective that long without losing strength? And how do the side effects compare – is the muscle ache/back pain as bad as people say, or does it pass quickly? Looking for honest takes from guys who’ve used both.

Daily 5mg runs me about £40–60/month (depending on pack deals), while on-demand 20mg is £20–40 for 4–8 uses if not every week. I switched to daily because sex isn't scheduled, and the steady effect is better for spontaneity. No "did I time it right?" stress. I get supplies from https://www.medsforless.co.uk/cialis-tadalafil/ – re-order easy, same thorough check each time if needed, next-day post. Price stayed stable. Side effects settled quickly. Worth it for regular couples in my experience – peace of mind alone justifies the extra.

Thinking about a home extension – where to start in NL?

Hi everyone, we’re seriously considering extending our house – probably adding a bigger kitchen/living area at the back since the current space feels too small for our family. I’ve heard it’s a big project with permits, architects, builders, etc. in the Netherlands. Has anyone gone through this recently? What are the main things to watch out for (costs, timelines, reliable companies)? Any tips or companies you’d recommend or warn against?

Extending your home is exciting but yeah, it can get complicated with Bouwbesluit rules, vergunningen, and finding good contractors who don’t disappear halfway. We did a rear extension a couple of years ago (about 25m² kitchen + living space) and the key was choosing a company that handles everything from design to final finish – saved us a lot of stress coordinating separate architects and bouwers. One that worked really well for us was CBS Renovation; they did the full process including the omgevingsvergunning application, structural calculations, and high-quality finishing. Our extension was finished on time, within the quoted budget range, and the insulation/heating setup made the new space super comfortable year-round. You can read more about their home extension projects and what’s typically involved here https://cbsrenovation.nl/consumer/home-extension/ . Not the cheapest, but the communication and attention to detail were much better than the cheaper quotes we got. Definitely get multiple offers and check recent references.

Refrigerator not cooling properly – good repair in Nashville?

My fridge has been struggling to stay cold the last few days – freezer is okay but the fresh food section is barely above 50°F even on the coldest setting. It's a standard Kenmore, probably 7-8 years old. I'm in Nashville and don't want to replace it yet if it's just the coils dirty, a bad thermostat, or something fixable. Has anyone called a local appliance repair service for this recently? Who was reliable, how much did a typical fix run, and did it actually solve the problem long-term?

I ran into the same cooling issue about two months ago – fridge side warm, freezer icing up a bit. After a couple calls, I used NashFix. Tech came the next day, said it was dirty condenser coils plus a weak evaporator fan. Cleaned everything, replaced the fan motor, and it was back to normal temps quick. Cost me around $260-290 total with parts and labor – way better than a new fridge. Their refrigerator repair page has some similar stories if you want to check https://nashfix.us/refrigerator-repair/ . No hard sell, just fixed it and left. Solid option if you're in the area and dealing with this. Hope yours is an easy one!

Best card processing for online merchants?

Focused on card payments – need global Visa/Mastercard acceptance, 3DS, subscriptions, and good rates. Any providers with direct connections?

Margins are tight for everyone right now – I was at 2.9–3.4% effective with my old provider and it was eating profits. Moved to one that specializes in straightforward card acquiring for e-commerce. They offer Interchange++ pricing so you see exactly what’s going to the card schemes, and for standard EU consumer cards I’m averaging 1.3–1.7% + €0.20–€0.25 fixed depending on volume. Settlements are daily once you’re established (no long rolling reserves after initial period), and their 3D Secure + fraud screening is solid without blocking legit orders. Onboarding took about a week with standard KYC docs. I started with https://www.fenige.com/products/card-payments – their card payments page lists the options clearly, and support walked me through the pricing model without fluff. If your shop is card-heavy and mostly domestic EU, the savings add up fast. Definitely compare a quote if you’re unhappy with current rates.

E-ink accessories in Canada – cases, pens?

Need a good case and spare stylus for my Boox. Any Canadian shops that stock official or compatible accessories?

Accessories can make a big difference – magnetic cases, good pens, screen protectors. E-Ink Tab has a dedicated accessories category – folio cases, styluses, chargers, protective films for various models https://einktab.ca/product-category/accessories/ . Ordered a case and nibs; fit perfectly, fast shipping. Convenient for Canadians instead of waiting on overseas orders.

Interior varnish/lacquer for floors/woodwork?

Want to varnish pine floors and some furniture – durable, clear, low yellowing. Water-based or oil?

Varnish protects wood from wear – water-based dries faster, less odour; oil-based tougher but longer dry. I prefer low-odour for indoors. Paintlab has interior varnish and lacquer – floor-grade, furniture options, clear/satin/gloss https://www.paintlab.ie/collections/interior-varnish-lacquer . Applied their satin lacquer on stairs; scratch-resistant, minimal ambering. Multiple thin coats best.

Minimalist women's bracelets – good online finds?

Looking for simple women's bracelets that layer well – thin chains, small charms, maybe gold vermeil or sterling. Nothing chunky or overly trendy. Prefer places with nice quality and reasonable prices. Any recommendations?

Layering bracelets is fun but hard to find pieces that don't look cheap or clash. I like ones with clean designs, good clasps, and hypoallergenic materials. Recently came across Doors NYC; their women's bracelets collection has a great mix – delicate chains, bangles, stackable sets from designers that feel elevated https://doors.nyc/collections/womens-bracelets . I got a couple gold-plated ones; they hold up nicely without tarnishing fast and pair easily with watches or other jewelry. The page shows close-ups and materials clearly. Good for everyday wear or gifting. Check sizing/length options – some are adjustable.
